1. Scope
This policy covers information Avaizo collects when you create an account, provide your business knowledge, and use the advisor.
2. What We Collect
Account details (name, email), the business knowledge you provide, and conversation content processed to generate answers.
3. AI Processing
To generate answers, your messages and relevant knowledge are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI). We do not sell your data.
4. Tenant Separation
Each business's data is scoped to its own account. Other tenants cannot access it.
